Natalie Nieschwitz is a senior in the Dietetics Program and Honors College at Bowling Green State University. Throughout her undergraduate years, Natalie’s passions have involved research and mentorship. Natalie holds research experiences in cancer biology, food science, and public health related to the COVID-19 pandemic. She published her first peer-reviewed journal article in “Food Research International “and has co-authored conference presentations at national conferences, including FNCE and the American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Natalie served as a commuter mentor, volunteers regularly, and tutors students in nutrition, biology, and chemistry. Natalie aspires to practice as a registered dietitian, teach college nutrition courses, and continue research. In the future, Natalie looks forward to serving as a preceptor and being a leader in her local dietetic association
