Maureen Geraghty received her BS from the University of Dayton, her Masters in Medical Dietetics and PhD in Nutrition & Molecular Cell Biology from the Ohio State University. She has worked as a clinical dietitian at Miami Valley Hospital, as a professor in Medical Dietetics (OSU), and in industry as a scientist and director in the Nutrition Science and Medical Departments at Abbott where she developed and directed the ACE- Abbott Corporate Experience for MDN students. She has provided more than 100 professional and lay presentations regarding the Safety and Efficacy of Dietary Supplements and other topics, has over 20 scientific publications, and holds four US Patents. Her passion is to pay it forward by developing the next generation of dietitians to be equipped and confident in all nutrition settings.
