Judy Kaplan, MS, RD, LD is currently working as Program Director for the Dietetic Technology and Dietary Manager Programs at Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland, Ohio, for the past 15 years and has served as adjunct faculty for over 12 years.
She has worked in Foodservice Management, School Nutrition and in Hospice and Palliative Care.
Judy has served OAND as COPI and COPI elect in 2015-2017, for ACEND as Program Representative, Diet Tech, 2019-present, Chair of Standards Committee, DEI Task Force and Program Reviewer (2012-present). In GCAND, served as COPI elect and COPI, Legislative Chair and Nominating Committee member.
