Dr. Kristen Roberts is an Assistant Professor-Clinical of Medical Dietetics at The Ohio State University. Dr. Roberts has been the guiding expert in Medical Nutrition Therapy in the Medical Dietetics program at OSU, teaching the clinical nutrition coursework, while also leading the development and implementation of the Medical Nutrition Therapy portion of the new Masters of Dietetics and Nutrition Future Education Model Demonstration Program. Dr. Roberts continues to practice clinically in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, with her research focused on nutrition support and gastrointestinal diseases.
