Lorna Fuller

Delegate Chair, 2020-2023

Lorna Fuller is a Training and Sr. HR Manager for Sodexo, Inc. in the Greater Cleveland area.  She supports two Vice-Presidents for technical training in both Food and Environmental services covering several states in the mid-west, in addition to her Human Resources responsibilities.  Most recently, Lorna was employed as a Recruitment Manager for Sodexo’s clinical needs covering the Midwest with oversight of seven (7) Clinical Sr. Recruiters responsible for recruiting registered dietitians throughout North America.  Lorna has an A.A.S. degree from Cuyahoga Community College, a B.S in Dietetics from the University of Akron and a M.S. in Dietetics from Kent State University.  Lorna has been active in health & wellness activities since the mid 90’s serving as President of the Cleveland Dietetic Association and former board member of the Ohio Board of Dietetics (OBD). 

Other positions Lorna has held in dietetics included serving as Chair, Council on Professional Issues (OAND), and Secretary. Her involvement within the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics is vast, and they include Diversity Leader, Chair of the National Organization of Blacks in Nutrition & Dietetics (NOBIDAN), and most recently serving on the National Nominating Committee.

Lorna Fuller is a native Clevelander and is active in various church activities ranging from Sunday School Teacher to past District Choir President.  An avid reader, and traveler, she enjoys giving back to the community, which served her well.  Her favorite positive affirmation borrowed from Les Brown is ‘if you want to soar like eagles, leave those pigeons alone. “
