Daria Blachowski-Dreyer


Daria Blachowski-Dreyer is the Director of Operations for Rocket Dining at the University of Toledo. She is a two-time graduate of Bowling Green State University (BGSU) where she received her BS in Dietetics and her Masters in Business Administration. Much of her career has been spent in higher education dining working with students and university groups to promote and improve the college dining experience from both a functional and educational standpoint. In her current role she oversees overall day to day operations in residential, retail, catering and concessions venues. Daria is also an adjunct instructor at BGSU and the chair of their Food and Nutrition Advisory Board.
